There are a variety of self-myofascial release tools out there, including the good ol' foam roller! The foam roller is a long, cylindrical piece of dense foam, with some more or less dense/firm than others. In this month's instructional video, I cover the basics of foam rolling all of the major muscle groups of the body. This instructional video follows up the "Science Post" earlier in the month in which I covered the evidence surrounding foam rolling. Be sure to review hat post first before watching this video!
